Care and Cleaning Instructions for our fabrics
 
  • Please note that these are general guidelines only

Laundry & General Information about Fabrics

Hand Wash - Where light sponging is appropriate:

 

  • Do not rub the fabric
  • Use mild soapy water 5% detergent, but use with damp cloth or sponge.
  • Be conservative with water as it may leave a water mark.
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron
  • Do not dry clean - unless otherwise instructed
  • Dry in upright position with blind open and verify the flatness of the fabric
 
Spot Cleaning - Where spot cleaning is appropriate:
 
  • Remove dust with vacuum cleaner or compressed air
  • Do not scrub the fabric
  • Do not use solvents or any abrasive substance that might damage the coating of the fabric
  • Blot gently with damp soft cloth, sponge or soft brush dipped in lukewarm water and 5% detergent
  • Rinse in clear water
  • Do not apply too much pressure to the fabric
  • Let area air dry with blind down until completely dry
  • A white eraser may be used for small areas
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not iron
