Unless advised otherwise, product lead times in working days:
Bulk
- Profile and Components only - 4 day
- Profile (cut lenghts) - 5 days
Hardware only
- Hand/Cord/Heavy Duty Curtain Tracks/Roman/Austrian/Festoon Hardware/Autoglide - 9 days (Add 2 days for bends or retail packaging)
- Bends only (unassembled) - 21 days
- Electric Curtain tracks - 9 days (Add 2 days for bends)
Roller Blinds
- Roller Blinds (including Dim-Outs) - 12 days
- 4210 & 4840 - 12 days
- 4450 - 14 days
- 4550 - 15 days
Hardware & Fabric
- Panel Glide/Folding Panel, Vertical Blinds, Wintergarden - 10 days (add 3 days for bends) or 12 days (hardware with fabric)
Specialised Fabric Make up
- Standard Romans - 12 days
- Standard Curtains - 17 days
- Bonded Romans - 22 days
- Tess Systems - 24-28 days
- All figures are in working days, ex works (not including delivery) and calculated from receipt of client order and assume that all fabric and parts are available. Includes 2 days for internal processing.
- Sprayed items require advance notification, plus 5 days to a maximum of 10 working days.
- Any orders arriving in production prior to 12.00 noon will have that day included in the lead time.
- Special large orders need to be approved by the Factory Manager.
- Any Indent fabrics add 20-30 days.
